Abstract ZaloPay is a widely used mobile payment platform in Vietnam integrated into the Zalo ecosystem. Effective multilingual support and the ability to change app language are crucial for accessibility, regulatory compliance, user satisfaction, and market expansion. This treatise analyzes the current challenges for language-change features in ZaloPay, catalogs user needs and technical constraints, proposes design principles, details implementation strategies across frontend and backend, discusses testing and quality-assurance approaches, outlines metrics and analytics for measuring success, and examines organizational and policy considerations. Concrete recommendations, rollout plans, and risk mitigations are included.
