  1. The Rooftop Shard (Silvershire): In Chapter 1, do not enter the Clock Tower immediately. Use the crates behind the blacksmith to parkour onto the roof. The shard is in the chimney.
  2. The Well Shard (Whispering Woods): During a Full Moon, look down the well in the hunter’s cabin. You will see a reflection of a door, not the bottom. Jump in. You will land in a secret room containing the shard.
  3. The Clockwork Shard (Observatory): This requires the "Spectral Lens" from Chapter 3. Return to the Observatory and look at the giant gears. An invisible path will appear, leading to a hidden maintenance room.
