Smaart Live v9 Install: A Comprehensive Guide to Setting Up and Configuring the Industry-Leading Audio Analysis Software

Note for Upgraders: You do not need to uninstall previous versions like Smaart v8 to install v9. smaart live v9 install

1. Open Smaart v9. If it is your first time, the License Manager window should pop up automatically. If not, go to Help > License Manager.
2. Create/Login: You will need to log in with your Rational Acoustics account (the same one used to purchase the software).
3. Select License: If you have purchased a license, it will appear in your "Available Licenses" list online.
4. Activate: Select the license and choose "Activate this Computer."

   Installation Requirements and Process

   4. Installation on macOS

   1. Open the downloaded .dmg file.
   2. Drag the SMAART Suite application icon into the Applications folder.
   3. (Optional but recommended) The installer may offer to install the SMAART Virtual Audio Driver – accept it.
   4. Eject the DMG after copying.
