Part 5: Configuring SLTouch to Communicate with the NEC SL1000

Installation is only half the battle. You must now configure your SL1000 PBX to send SMDR data to SLTouch. Go to the Allen & Heath website :

  1. Go to the Allen & Heath website: Visit the Allen & Heath website and navigate to the SL1000 product page.
  2. Click on the SLTough software link: On the SL1000 product page, click on the link to download SLTough.
  3. Select the correct operating system: Choose the correct operating system (Windows or Mac) and click on the download link.
  4. Download the software: The SLTough software will download to your computer. Once the download is complete, run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Install the software: The installation process is straightforward and should only take a few minutes to complete.
