• "I can't see SESAP 18 in my list": This usually indicates a licensing issue. Most programs purchase institutional licenses. If you do not see the product, check with your Program Coordinator to ensure you are on the roster. If they have purchased the license but it isn't showing, you may need to manually "link" your account to your institution in your profile settings.
• "Forgot Password": Use the standard "Forgot Password" link on the ACS login screen. The reset link is sent to the email address associated with your membership, not necessarily your hospital email.
