- The villain Katchua (The Tortoise) unleashes a chemical weapon that ages the heroes rapidly. Only Doga, whose mutation is different, remains unaffected.
- Climax of #29: Doga stands alone against five supervillains. The final panel shows Doga removing his mask (a rare event), revealing a scarred face, and whispering the name of a long-dead friend.
