The Exclusive “Ingeniería” vs. “Letras” Divide

One of the most exclusive features of the PUCP exam is its radical differentiation between academic tracks. If you apply for Ingeniería, your Second Round will focus brutally on Calculus and Algebra. If you apply for Letras (Humanities/Law), your focus shifts entirely to heavy reading comprehension and advanced writing.

This means you cannot "game" the system. A future engineer must demonstrate mathematical maturity, while a future lawyer must demonstrate rhetorical command. There is no middle ground.
