6. Cleaning and Maintenance

6.1. Daily Cleaning (CIP - Clean In Place)

• Product Circuit: Flush the product path with water or appropriate cleaning solution immediately after production ends to prevent product hardening or bacterial growth.
• Nozzles: Manually clean the outside of the filling nozzle to remove residue.
• Sensors: Wipe down optical sensors with a dry, soft cloth to ensure accurate reading.
