If you own a set of Launch Studio Bluetooth 75270 speakers or audio device and have recently upgraded to Windows 10 (or performed a clean installation), you might have encountered a frustrating problem: your computer recognizes the device as “unknown” or the audio simply won’t stream. This is a tell-tale sign that you are missing the correct driver.

Select Check for updates. If an optional driver update is listed for Bluetooth, install it. Update via Device Manager Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.
