1. Faulty Battery Temperature Sensor: The sensor might be damaged or malfunctioning, providing incorrect readings to the BMS.
2. Wiring Issues: There could be a problem with the wiring connecting the battery temperature sensor to the BMS, such as breaks, shorts, or corrosion.
3. Battery Overheating/Overcooling: Extreme battery temperatures, either too high or too low, can trigger this error.
4. Software Glitch: Occasionally, a software issue within the BMS can cause incorrect error reporting.
5. Battery Management System (BMS) Fault: The BMS itself might be malfunctioning, failing to correctly monitor or control the battery's state.

3. Calibration Loss

• After a battery disconnect or controller replacement, the pedal’s zero position is lost.
• The controller sees 0.0V at idle instead of the learned 0.5V, triggering 0802.
