"Isai Tamil dubbed movie is a masterclass in tension-building. While the first half feels like a romantic drama, the second half punches you in the gut. Shine Tom Chacko’s voice modulation in Tamil is chilling." Director : Anwar Rasheed Original Language : Malayalam
The story centers on the rivalry between two music composers: the veteran Vetriselvan (played by Sathyaraj) and his former assistant, Shiva (played by S. J. Suryah). Vetriselvan is an established legend in the industry who has enjoyed years of undisputed dominance. However, when Shiva emerges as a young prodigy with a fresh sound, the public’s attention shifts. This transition triggers a deep-seated insecurity in Vetriselvan. Unable to accept his declining popularity, he orchestrates an elaborate and sinister plot to destroy Shiva’s career and mental well-being. The film’s title, which means "Music," is ironic, as the beauty of art is used as a backdrop for a very ugly human conflict.
