- Printer not recognized: Check the USB connection and ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer.
- Software installation failed: Try reinstalling the software and ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements.

Go to the Compatibility tab, check "Run this program in compatibility mode for," and select Windows XP (Service Pack 3). Check the box for "Run this program as an administrator."
Font Management
Flexi 75 v2 does not auto-sync Windows fonts. Manually copy font files (TTF) into:
