TCL 502 Firmware: Everything You Need to Know

1. Download the correct update.zip for your model.
2. Format USB drive as FAT32 (not exFAT or NTFS).
3. Copy update.zip to the root of the USB drive (no subfolders).
4. Insert USB into the TV’s USB port (usually USB 1).
5. TV will automatically detect the file in 10-15 seconds. Click "Update".
6. Do not turn off the TV while progress bar moves (10-20 minutes).
7. TV will reboot twice. Done.
