Downloading the English language pack for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (MW3)

  1. Open Steam.
  2. Right-click MW3 > Properties > Installed Files.
  3. Click "Verify Integrity of Game Files".
  4. Reinstall only the language pack – Remove it, reboot, then re-add.
