4.2 Record a Referral/Deal

  1. Partner submits referral via portal OR internal user links a deal to partner.
  2. Deal created in CRM with partner attribution and source metadata.
  3. Deal moves through pipeline; commission is estimated at creation and recalculated on stage changes.
  4. When deal is won, commission calculated and queued for payout per payout schedule.
