Problem 2: Game loads but my horse isn’t in TOTK.
Cause: Update 1.6.0 must be launched and saved at least once after updating. Also, TOTK only imports the “last used” horse in BOTW.
Fix: Load your main BOTW save on 1.6.0, ride your desired horse out of the stable, save manually, then launch TOTK.
- Connect your Switch to the internet.
- Highlight Breath of the Wild on the Home Menu.
- Press
+ → Software Update → Via the Internet.
- The update is ~450 MB. Install, then reboot the game.
