The American Language Course Placement Test (ALCPT) Form 124 is an assessment tool used to evaluate the English language proficiency of non-native speakers, typically within military and government contexts.  Overview of Form 124 

Administration: The test is given at Base Education Centers, Language Labs, or DLIELC at Lackland Air Force Base (Texas). If you are overseas, your local US military liaison or English Language Program manager will schedule the exam. Alcpt Form 124

During Listening:

• Do not close your eyes. Look at the first answer choice to stay focused.
• If you miss one question, forget it immediately. Do not let it ruin the next question.
• On form 124, the last 5-10 listening questions are often the hardest—be mentally prepared.
